Purpose:
Our client is looking for candidates that are sharp and have the ability to review and resolve insurance discrepancies. If you have great data entry skills and have professional experience in customer service, than you may be a perfect fit.

Description: The Data Entry Clerk will review and resolve discrepancies, make outbound calling to insurance company, disburse
insurance payments, and type 65 WPM. Under moderate supervision, typical tasks and assignments include but are not limited to: Reviewing and resolving discrepancies on insurance documents through various computer systems. Outbound calling to the insurance company and/or agent to verify or obtain information. Disburse insurance payments. Meet established work and performance standards. Maintain a complete and current procedures manual. Ensure proper control and processing of work
assigned. Typing skills of 65wpm with 90+ accuracy. Ability to operate a 10-key calculator by touch with proficiency. Ability to operate a personal computer in a windows environment. Excellent telephone skills. Knowledge of insurance and/or mortgage banking a plus. Ability to learn and retain and insurance knowledge as it is given. Ability to understand and demonstrate commitment to departmental goals and objectives. Ability to communicate and work cooperatively with others.

NOTES: The hours for the position are from 5:00 AM-1:30 PM.Classification:Direct HireCompensation:
