Wireless Customer Account Manager

Responsible for researching and resolving billing issues and service equipment issues. Provide information on wireless products and services for all carriers to customer base. Data entry of new activations into supporting systems. Able to project manage and track ongoing customer account issues. Maintain monthly access files of customer account information and review wireless statements for accuracy and analyze billing information and make recommendations based on findings. Demonstrate commitment to customer service by following up on calls and ensuring superior results. Must be quick to analyze customer concerns. Able to handle incoming calls and emails for orders and other customer service related functions similtaneously.
REQUIREMENTS
Previous wireless experience with a direct carrier either by customer care call center or retail store. Previous customer service and project manager experience. Computer literatacy required with extensive Microsoft Excel experience. Previous business office experience perferred and previous sale experience perferred.
