Getronics has the people, processes, and technology to be the single point of contact for IT requirements of any scale - local, national, or global.Technical Services Team Leader/ Coordinator and Administrator*There are no geographic requirements for this position, may work remote from home**Profile

Responsible for providing administrative support to Managers of technical services employees. Monitors services call loads and ensures workload is evenly distributed. Makes recommendations for operational and customer satisfaction improvements. Assists in facilitating technical issue escalations from the technical teams as well as assist with Parts Managemnt.

Actions and Results
Track and balance daily workloads of technical services team. Responds to escalations of problems and manages escalations beyond the team. Develops and implements project plans. Generates and maintains reports regarding efficiency, productivity and service levels.

Challenges

This position is a Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday shift(10 hour shift)

This position requires on-call rotation schedule 1time per weekend and/or coverage for other support personnel.Technical Skills and Qualification

*Basic working knowledge of Excel

*Knowledge of SIMS preferred

*Good verbal and written communication skills

*Demonstrated customer service experience
