Our Corporate Center partners with each business group around the world to ensure that they operate in an entrepreneurial fashion while following the strategic aims of the company.Summary: To support Client Advisors in business acquisition and retention in the Latin American market, as well as handle day-to-day administration.Ensure the optimal handling of administrative tasks within the Wealth Management Group. Support Client Advisors servicing Latin American Clients by ensuring that administrative and client-related processes are completed. Respond to client inquiries and troubleshoot. Assist Client Advisors who handle long-term relationships with internal/external clients by supporting their operational and compliance matters. Handle account opening/closing, client data management to ensure complete documentation, W-8 tracking, credit documentation after proposal, security transfers, document tracking. REQUIREMENTS
Basic Qualifications:3 years experience in client servicing for high-net-worth individuals in Private Banking or brokerage sales environment. Strong technical computer expertise in MS Office - Word, Excel and Powerpoint, Outlook; knowledge of MS Access preferred. Fluency in Portugese or Spanish. Strong organizational skills; and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be proactive, take initiative, and be able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. BA preferred.
