Warranty Claims Clerk

We are looking for a Warranty Clerk with excellent Data Entry skills and know how to use Microsoft Word and Excel. We need a Warranty Data Entry/Office Clerk who is a Team player, Hard working, and an Enthusiastic individual.

The Warranty Data Entry/Office Clerk will review unit repair orders searching for repairs that conform to manufacturers warranty guidelines.

As a Data Entry/Office Clerk will prepare, submit and data enter Warranty claims into computer systems and reconciles claim payments. Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
60 % – Data Entry
20% – Invoicing
20% – Reconciling claims
REQUIREMENTS
Ability to type 50 WPM.
Proficient at 10-key.
Applicants should have good Verbal and Writing skills and Data entry.
Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge is required.
