Utility Secretary (Inventory)

Purpose:
Currently accepting applicants for a full time Utility Secretary (Inventory) position in Frederick, MD. Essential Job Duties include: 1. INVENTORY-calculate & key daily production & usage, key in customer returns, update manual production book, and check inventory transaction for variances in usage and to verify products manufactured are inputting correctly. 2. RELEASE ORDERS- schedule orders to ship, update ship orders, and unship orders & key handwritten bill of ladings as needed. 3. BASIC ACCOUNTING- check employee expense reports & issue forms for travel advances, balance monthly bank statement, maintain petty cash receipts, checkbook, postage by mail, and request petty cash reimbursement.
