Open Solutions Inc. has a full suite of software products and services designed to allow banks, thrifts and credit unions to better compete in today’s aggressive financial services marketplace, and expand and tap their trusted financial relationships, client affinity, community presence and personalized service.


We seek a Training Specialist for our Financial Accounting Systems product line.

In this role you will:

administer, organize and conduct client and staff training programs at all of the defined course levels
develop subject matter expertise in your product line
assist in the organization and delivery of training courses, webinars and conferences for all levels of staff and client personnel
delivery training using a variety of methods, web-based, classroom, on-site, one-on-one)
assist in the design of new training courses
make contact with training participants to properly plan for the event and manage the expectations
assist in the scheduling of training courses and the set up of the training environments
REQUIREMENTS


To qualify for this position you must have:

outstanding verbal and written communication
time management and presentation skills
the ability to multi-task and respond to a variety of internal and external customer needs
an ability to motivate training participants
the work ethic to perform the tasks with minimal direction


To qualify for this position you must have the following experience

Bachelors Degree in Accounting
minimum of 2 years of Accounting experience, preferrably in the financial services industry
minimum of 1 year of training experience, either internal or external customers, in a classroom, one-on-one or via the web.
