Trademark Paralegal - Great Work Environment

Prominent firm in Center City is actively looking for an experienced Intellectual Property/ Trademark paralegal. Ideal candidate will possess AT LEAST 3 solid years of trademark experience in a firm or corporate setting.

Primary responsibilities will be assisting in-house intellectual property counsel by managing two large international portfolios. Responsibilities include: trademark prosecution (i.e., filing applications, responding to office actions, renewals, declarations of use, supporting affidavits, powers of attorney, etc.); coordinating oppositions and infringements for domestic and international portfolio through outside counsel; performing trademark searches and investigations, communicating with internal clients and outside counsel regarding clearance searches, status of applications, and investigations; maintaining in-house database/docket.
