Immediate opportunity for two (2) telephone customer service technical support representatives. HS Diploma or equivalent. Post High School education preferred. Previous high-end customer service, preferably with trouble shooting technical issues. Work for fast-growing, cutting-edge IT company in downtown Lincoln. These positions provide technical support to customers who use the company's software. Excellent help desk skills, excellent verbal communication skills. This is an opportunity to work with one of Lincoln's most exciting companies. Must have extremely professional phone manner, be courteous, patient and a team player. Training on equipment will be provided. Reps will provide support for Mac-based software to medical and dental practitioners. REQUIREMENTS
