Technical Support Representative

Purpose:
We are currently looking for several people to fill openings for Technical Support Representatives in the Utah County area. The representatives will be taking inbound calls regarding specific software related concerns.

Good candidates should have a strong technical aptitude, the ability to learn quickly, good listening skills, and experience in customer service. It is preferred, but not mandatory, that applicants have prior call center experience. Representatives will need to pass a skills test and type at least 30 words per minute.

Candidates looking for advancement opportunities within the computer technology industry should apply for this entry level position; this company promotes from within for positions which include (but are not limited to) Team Lead, High-tech Representative, and Master Tech.

This is not a typical call center, each rep will be given individual cubicles and dress is casual. We are currently looking to fill day shifts, hours to start are 8-5 Monday thru Friday.

Pay to begin will be $9.50 an hour with much opportunity for generous raises ($.75 to $1.00 each level). The company offers all full-time employees benefits paid 100% by the company after only the first 90 days of employment
