Technical Support Rep

Under Senior Developer's guidance, the successful candidate will be able to assist JHA's Cognos customer base with escalated support issues including basic administrative questions, troubleshooting error messages, and complex report creation.

In addition, candidate will provide technical assistance to support and training staff as necessary. Candidate will act as a back up for ReportNet Installations and preliminary preparations. Position does include providing after hours support on a rotation basis.
REQUIREMENTS
Customer Service Experience. Experience with Report Writing Software ( Cognos Impromptu OR ReportNet are a plus )

Basic Windows Operating System Knowledge (2000, 2003, XP)

Basic SQL Server User and Database Administration knowledge.

Basic Network/Web Administration (NTLM, Active Directory, Internet Information Services (IIS).

Citizenship: Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
