Technical Services-ENGINEERING

This individual will review and coordinate with other disciplines to: Ensure compliance with customer and contract requirements.Work at the group and organization level to administer processes in support of technical projects and programs. Develop and maintain schedules and configuration files. Develop solutions to problems. Review, maintain, and present schedule performance data and recommend improvements to processes. Interpret product definition data to load business systems. Resolve data discrepancies. Maintain accountability of Engineering release records. Analyze product definition configuration data. Verify that the configuration documentation is compliant with applicable drawing changes.Maintain accuracy and accountability in multiple computing systems (Example: CATIA V5, CATIA V4, PDM, Supplier Data, etc.).


Requirements:

Prefer an Associate's degree in an Administrative or Technical Field, with a minimum GPA of 3.0 and at least 2 years experience with technical administrative processes and procedures.The individual must be knowledgeable of PC skills in Microsoft Office applications, Internet Explorer applications, and web-based applications. Possess knowledge of Engineering procedures, business systems, data retention and storage requirements.Ability to ensure the quality and integrity of Engineering data products and compatibility with applicable requirements.Ability to reconcile conflicting data control release requirements.Must be capable of learning new processes and systems.A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail is a requirement.
