We are currently looking for dynamic, highly motivated and self-driven Techknowledgist to be part of our successful technology team in Auburn Hills.
The Techknowledgist will be present and available behind a "bar" to answer all product questions by utilizing all available means and following up with customers. This person will collect customer information and pass information along to the appropriate sales people and act as the primary product training mechanism for in store sales staff. Provide superior customer service and satisfaction to all those who come in contact with area. Additionally, this position will provide technical information to all those who require and come in contact with the Genius Bar. This position will follow up with customers on the information given and will hold planned and ad hoc seminars in store on leading edge technologies. This position will act as the first line in customer returns and diagnostic issues and act as the primary hardware trainer for the in store sales personnel.Job Requirements
The professional we seek will have strong communication skills and thrive on multiple challenges.
Qualified candidates will have a high school education or equivalent and 1-2 years help desk experience or equivalent combination of education, experience and/or training.
A+ certification preferred.
A varied schedule will include day, evening and weekend shifts.
