TWO PART-TIME OPENINGS (HR ASSISTANT AND RECRUITER)

Examinetics, the nation's largest mobile on-site occupational health screening company is currently seeking part-time staff for the Human Resources Department. Our very fast paced department is in need of both an HR Administrative Assistant AND a Recruiter.

Administrative Assistant - Monday through Friday required, 20 hours per week. Flex schedule - you select your hours between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. Starting salary $11 an hour.

Primary responsibilities:
·File documents into Personnel, Benefit and Driver Qualification files.
·Enroll and terminate employees into benefit programs.
·Coordinate pre-employment screening for candidates, to include but not limited to, consumer credit reports, drug tests and physicals.
·Create new hire and candidate packets and distribute accordingly.
·Post vacant positions both internally/externally.
·Pre-qualify resumes and submit to recruiter.

Recruiter - Monday through Friday required, minimum of 20 hours per week but must be able to work up to 30 hours. Flex schedule - you select your hours between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm. Starting salary $15 an hour.

Primary responsibilities:
.Research, develop and maintain a wide variety of economic sources for obtaining qualified candidates.
·Negotiate fees with employment agencies and establishments where job advertisements are placed.
·Conduct screening interviews and make second interview recommendations to hiring supervisors.
REQUIREMENTS
Administrative Assistant Requirements:
·High School or equivalent.
·Minimum of 2 years administrative experience.
.Basic computer skills with emphasis in Word, Excel and Outlook.
·Human Resources experience is a plus.

Recruiter Requirements:
.Associate Degree in a related field preferred and/or minimum of 3 years work experience in the HR field.
·Minimum 2 years work experience in employment recruitment.
·Experience with medical personnel recruitment beneficial.
·Experience with internet recruiting resources preferred.
·Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
