As a national leader in the legal insurance industry, we are currently looking for a Support Coordinator in our Des Moines office.Responsibilities:This position provides overall administrative support for the Claims and Professional Relations department.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Performs data entry, including updating attorney profiles, claims system, etc.Provides ongoing support of department’s administrative tasks, including mail processing and delivery, scanning claims, filing, indexing, etc.Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications (Include Education and Experience):Basic communication and math skillsProficiency in MS OfficeProven attention to detailAccurate and speedy data entry skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and time frames.Education – High School diploma or equivalent
Experience – Prior clerical/administrative and/or data entry experience preferred
