Supervisor, Account Set-up

Responsible for managing Account Setup team. Will include attendance monitoring, employee coaching and counseling, and directly escalates issues to management as appropriate. Responsible for monitoring and maintaining customer requests for set up/compliance and changes. Also responsible for communication back to Sales or customer contacts directly of complete set up or investigation/clarification of request. Mentor Leads, Team Leaders and Sr Super Users while directing the activities of regional teams as it pertains to set up/compliance joint functions and processes. Ensure maximum efficiency in time service, quality of set up and that First American, FCRA and bureau guidelines and procedures are followed with relationship to the compliance processing of a file. Develop and manage the daily relationships between sales and data support services teams, and customer contacts when needed. Identify any discrepancies in set up requests or abnormal/non-standard compliance issues. Negotiate and manage time service needs with internal and external customers. Works with internal departments such as DM/DI/MIS as needed to complete requests. Also works directly with all levels of Sales Management and customer contacts.
REQUIREMENTS
Strong interpersonal skills, analytical skills, excellent organizational skills, able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven technical environment. Team leader who can respond appropriately to constantly changing priorities and be able to motivate the team to process large amounts of work efficiently with high accurately rates.

Education: high school graduate/GED.

Work experience: Minimum of 12 months of account setup, technical or Credco operations experience.

Knowledge: demonstrated understanding account setup technical aspects; understanding of the compliance function.

Systems experience: Must have experience with all First American Credco platforms used for Account Setup. Familiarity with Compliance Database, procedures and imaging systems.

Software experience: MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word; familiarity with MS Access, PowerPoint and MS Project desirable.
