TeleTech is a global provider of customer management solutions and services to major businesses and organizations.Our modern call center in Stockton CA represents one of the nation's largest health insurance companies. Our client is the only insurance company whose Medicare Part D Prescription Drug plans are endorsed by AARP.As a Customer Service Representative you will accept in-bound calls from seniors and other people on Medicare who are seeking information about the new changes in Medicare, specifically Part D, Prescription Drug Coverage.Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
1 year work experience in customer service preferred
Demonstrated excellent customer service skills
Strong verbal communication skills
Sales ability/persuasiveness skills
Strong problem solving skills
Skill in Windows and in using the internet
