REQUIREMENTS
Minimum prior experience (Type of experience):5+ years of Business Continuity Planning experience within a banking/financial services environment
A strong background in emergency preparedness and response is required for this position.
Experience dealing with auditors and regulators.Actual event experience with the leadership and coordination of a Crisis Command Team.Minimum skills/knowledge (skills and abilities necessary for position):Expertise in current business continuity planning techniques and technologies as well as the methods used in performing risk analyses and business impact analyses.
Working knowledge of data center environment in order to assist in the preparation of recovery proceduresAbility to multitask
Excellent project management skills. Expertise in planning, organizing and directing the testing of emergency response, recovery, and business resumption procedures.
Excellent verbal and written !
communication skills
Proven ability to assume leadership role in crisis event
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with Executive Mgmt and staff at all levels within the organization.
Ability to articulate recovery solutions from technology to the business.
Flexibility and travel required
The position requires a self motivated individual with the ability to work independently, as well as part of a virtual team, travel and interact with international business partners and executives.
Minimum Education:Bachelors Degree in Business, Information Management, or a related field
