Sr. Marketing Administrator – Pittsburgh, PA

The Marketing Administrator will be responsible for all seven key areas of the Pittsburgh, PA. Regional Group Office(RGO) administration. This includes quoting, new business submissions, customer service, office administration, PC administration, contact management, and file administration. These duties are necessary to support our 2006 sales production targets. This person will be accountable for reviewing all business submissions (including verifying the accuracy and completeness of the new business checklist.) providing internal service to existing employer customer, daily quoting and proposal processing, process renewal notices, and handling incoming phone calls and mail. The ideal candidate would be able to work independently while prioritizing workflow. Quality customer service is a must, as well as, great attention to detail.
REQUIREMENTS
High school graduate and two years of administrative office experience. Previous experience in a sales support role or insurance related field is a must. This individual must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient PC skills which include word processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation software are required.
