POSITION SUMMARY: The Sr. Human Resource Systems Specialist is
primarily responsible for the implementation and configuration of new
projects
and supporting existing HR systems functionality in the corporate systems
area
for Company in North America. In addition, the Sr. HR Systems Specialist is
responsible for assisting with Portal maintenance and administration. This
job
includes: Identification of solutions to business problems
Project implementation and configuration of new
functionality
Customer support through User Liaison process and
other
informal interactions
Support of existing applications including
coordination of
tasks with other team members.
Assist the Senior Manager NA Corporate Systems in
encouraging a working environment in the IT Division which supports the
strategic goals of Company and of IT, reflects attention to budget limits,
project deadlines and promotes the development of IT Help Desk staff,
Conducts a variety of development activities within
the IT
organization each year designed to increase the orientation, training &
development & communication of IT staff. Occasional travel (less than 30% of the time)

a high degree of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and
relevant
customer service and project management skills.Managed technical IT staff in a medium/large environment

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Sr. Human Resource Systems Specialist is
primarily responsible for the implementation and configuration of new
