Job Responsibilities:
PURPOSE / SUMMARY:
This position requires strong interpersonal skills, strong knowledge of plant products, and a general understanding of Schneider Electric facilities and products. Must be able to effectively interact with Sales, Services, and Customers by prioritizing and directing requests in the most efficient manner to assure quality in customer service. Must be able to identify and process certain requests without assistance using TAG methods. Must be able to use Excel, Word, Lotus Notes, Case Tracker (CTA), AMAPS, CT01, Quote to Cash, ODM, CDM, Raster, E-copy, Wind Chill.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS:
Primary contact for the MV TAG and MV After-shipment customer service groups via phone and voicemail.
Compiles data and statistics, assembles reports, documents and forms for routing, and distribution following established procedures.
Logs all calls, voicemails and emails into the CTA database with all necessary information for processing and provides the customer with the CTA case number.
Obtains immediate TAG assistance on any emergency calls.
Provides follow-up and status to the caller, at 2 minute intervals, for all calls that are placed in a hold status.
Obtains order folders or other documentation, as requested, for TAG associates. Assists callers with redirection of any calls to other locations or departments.
Codes all cases as TAG or After-Shipment and directing the case to the applicable TAG associates. Continually reviews and reports the status of open cases to ensure timely resolution and closure in the CTA database. Monitor group (TAG and After-shipment) Lotus Notes mailboxes to ensure timely responses to emails. Provides general administrative support for TAG and After-shipment service including preparation of purchase requisitions, parts order coordination, and sending customer critical and urgent information via overnight carriers.
QUALIFICATIONS: Customer Service Oriented - previous experience in taking customer orders and interacting with customers desired One to three years of administrative and data entry experience required Organizational, Time Management Skills - ability to multi-task is essential 4 yr. High school degree or greater Computer experience - experience using Microsoft Access, Word, and Excel desired.
