Primary Function

Responsible for the recruitment and selection of exempt and non-exempt Candidates for approved openings throughout the WFI Organization for the purpose of ensuring adequate staffing levels within assigned recruitment group. In addition to the recruitment of your assigned Business Units, you will also be responsible for the coordination of assigned recruiters who will assist in filling the Business Units openings. Lastly, you are responsible for meeting all staffing requirements and goals as directed by Regional Managers, Corporate Managers, and Employment Manager.

Principal Duties

' Responsible for the coordination and oversight of assigned recruiters whose primary responsibility it is to fill open positions within the WFI Organization.
' Develop rapport and maintain effective working relationships with:
o all levels of assigned business unit management to ensure adequate coverage of personnel needs;
' Manage Professional Recruitment agencies and representatives as needed to supplement hiring objectives and goals.
' Develop, implement and maintain an effective:
o personnel advertising program;
o internet recruiting process;
' Utilize ATS to track open positions, update candidate flow, and develop reports to assist in recruitment planning.
' Conduct in-depth interviews of applicants with various backgrounds and experience levels.
' Responsible for interviewing internal applicants to explain available positions in the company and to evaluate the applicant's interest, background, experience, and personal qualifications.
' Administer and evaluate various aptitude, achievement, and personality tests as required.
' Check applicants' reference and noting pertinent information to HM as well as documenting within the ATS.
' Review employment practices and procedures to ensure they are in compliance with government regulations, as well as with Company policy and objectives.
' Keep informed of developments in such areas as wages and salaries, employee benefits, and general personnel practices.
' Notify applicants of acceptance or rejection regarding their candidacy as well as making additional arrangements as required.
REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

B.S Degree in Business, Finance or Human Resources.
Minimum seven (7) years experience in exempt recruiting.
Minimum five (5) years experience in recruiting sales personnel, banking industry experience preferred.
Ideal candidate will have also had General Human Resources experience.
Ideal candidate will have experience leading a team.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS

Strong presentation skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Advanced PC's skills ' internet and windows based environment.
Ability to work high volume in a high pressure environment.
Must be detailed oriented, well organized and able to work independently.
Overtime Required.
