Position Summary: Support the operational needs of marketing programs, promotions, and partners worldwide. Duties include, but are not limited to, the following: determining operational needs of promotions, creating processes and procedures to meet promotional needs, setting-up and/or coordinating system requirements, writing terms and conditions, reviewing promotional collateral, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the operational needs of promotions from inception through deployment.
Support Regional Field Marketers, SPG, Brand Teams and hotels with e-mail and direct mail campaigns, web special, etc.
Facilitate the system requirements, and as needed, set-up system functions to meet the promotional needs.
Write terms and conditions of promotions and author any processes or procedures required of customer service and/or hotels.
Communicate promotions and any needed procedures to customer service and/or hotels and provide support to those areas throughout promotion implementation.
Manage deadlines.
Complete other tasks as assigned by Senior Manager, Global Marketing Operations.

Strong problem solving skills
Knowledge of the Starwood Preferred Guest program and/or experience with the 3270 (green screens) system a plus
