Prestigious Corporation in Downtown Houston has two immediate positions available for experienced Sr. Administrative Assistant. My client is seeking candidates who have a stable tenure in consulting, professional services or energy. A minimum of 10 year of Administrative experience and be extremely proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required. Incumbents must have experience in creating spreadsheets, importing spreadsheets into PowerPoint, tables in Word, master documents (proposals, contracts, engagement letters, etc). These positions will support a team of 5-6 individuals who are professions, but need the job done right the first time. Incumbents must have a positive, "Can-do" attitude, be able to multitask in a fast paced environment. Only polished professionals need to apply.
My client is open for candidates who are looking for Direct Hire or Temp-to-hire. Enjoy working in Downtown Houston. Parking is reimbursed while temp and paid for when perm.
