Service Representatives and Claims Processors

SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES
Requirements are: High school diploma or GED and previous customer service experience. Must have ability to understand, interpret and apply corporate guidelines to make claims decisions and sound customer service decisions, as well as ability to effectively utilize time to meet established production and accuracy goals. Excellent communication, problem-solving, interpersonal and listening skills are required. Basic PC skills are required. Tests will be given.

CLAIMS PROCESSORS
Requirements are: High school diploma or GED. Must have ability to understand, interpret and apply on-line; guidelines to make claims decisions. Ability to effectively utilize time to meet established production and accuracy goals is required. Basic PC skills are required.
Tests will be given.
