Job Summary:
This position responds to customer inquiries
regarding products, benefits, eligibility, and claims
resolution.

Accountabilities:
1. Research and respond to inquiries to ensure
continued, positive customer relationships and
timely resolution of issues.

2. Coordinate and communicate with team
members and other areas of the corporation
to resolve inquiries.

3. Organize and utilize all internal communication
and training materials to respond promptly and
accurately to customer inquiries.

4. Adhere to schedules including start/stop times,
lunch and breaks, as determined in the service area.

5. Achieve or exceed the productivity standards
as determined in the service area.

6. Achieve or exceed the quality standards as
determined in the service area.
REQUIREMENTS
Job Requirements
1. High school diploma or equivalency required
2. PC navigation and data entry skills required
3. One(1) - 2 years customer service experience required
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills required
5. Strong writing skills required
6. Strong organizational skills required
7. Strong analytical and problem solving skills required
8. Data entry skills required
