Service Dispatcher

TP Mechanical Contractors, one of the leading mechanical contractors in the Indiana, Kentucky, and Ohio region specializing in commercial, industrial, and multi-unit residential plumbing, piping, HVAC and fire protection is seeking a Service Dispatcher.

Responsibilities of this position include:
•Scheduling and dispatching service technicians in multiple locations/cities (Columbus, Cincinnati, Indianapolis, Louisville, and Lexington)
•Resolving customer issues in a timely manner
•Review time cards and prepare for payroll processing
•Create POs for service work orders
•Create pre-work orders for billing
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications are:
•Highly customer focused with excellent attention to detail
•Strong organizational skills and good working knowledge of MSOffice
•Must be capable of handling multiple tasks and manage large volume of phone calls
•Minimum 3 years dispatching experience required, preferably in HVAC service environment
•Prior management experience a plus

This position is located in our headquarter offices in Cincinnati, Ohio and serves all of TPMC’s regions. Hours will be 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
