Senior Staff Administrator

Large real estate firm in Ballantyne area seeking qualified individual to assist and support administrative staff for 16 sales offices in North and South Carolina. Responsibilities will include training new adm. staff; filling in at sales offices for adm. staff on vacation or emergencies; assist adm. staff with company procedures, forms and general accounting dept. issues; maintain and update company forms; and facilitate quarterly adm. staff meetings in North and South Carolina. Other job responsibilities will be assisting Director of Training in the following areas: Handle all class registrations form; prepare training class material and grade papers; input training calendar on company intranet; order supplies and forms; and create reports.


Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in real estate office.
- Strong computer skills.
- Ability to multi-task and must have strong communication skills.
- Real Estate license a plus but not a requirement.
