Responsibility Level:

Perform secretarial duties and varied assignments for Division Management. Work requires knowledge of company policies and procedures as well as an understanding of the divisional group's function. Accuracy and discretion are important factors.



Principal Duties:

1. Act as administrator for a library of department procedures

2. Manage the content and production of a printed handbook routinely updated distributed to field office personnel

3. Understand and administer a variety of business system files and report generators

4. Serve as a liaison to the IT staff for system access administration

5. Represent Johnson Controls and the department for in handling a variety of written and verbal requests

6. Serve as the functional leader for a staff of part-time interns including organizing work assignments, ensuring task completion, and managing daily activities

7. Perform various duties and project tasks as assigned



REQUIREMENTS






Requirements:

1. High School degree with strong preference for additional education

2. Strong verbal and written communication skills

3. Ability to use variety of computer systems and programs

4. Solid personal organizational skills
