We are currently looking for a Senior Analyst of Government Programs to assist in designing, implementing and evaluating government reporting and performance systems.

Duties include:
Designing and managing data analysis tasks Providing technical assistance to federal and state agencies on performance measurement, on performance analysis, and on reporting and validation softwareCollecting information through systems and document reviews and interviews with program staff and contractors Developing reporting and performance specifications and user manuals Designing and managing software quality assurance and testing tasks Conducting qualitative and quantitative analyses and evaluating program operations/systems Supervising staff to ensure completion of project tasks Presenting issues and findings to clients and government program staff Preparing proposals and managing projects

To qualify for this position, you should have an advanced degree and four years of relevant experience, or a combination of equivalent education and experience in Public Policy, the Social Sciences, MIS, or a related field; a willingness to travel; and an outstanding academic record. A familiarity with government program operations, system quality control, or systems documentation is also desirable.
