Senior Office Services Representative

KPMG LLP provides audit, tax and advisory services to a broad range of clients. KPMG’s commitment to its clients is demonstrated in our client service delivery approach with cross-functional teams that extend across industry segments. We are currently seeking a Senior Office Services Representative to join us in our Tampa office.
Responsibilities:

Set up and maintain work and meeting spaces for hotelers, in accordance with established Hoteling Policies and Procedures, including assistance with telephone and technical set-up. Daily addition or removal of nametags and issuing morning report of room usage

Set up/breakdown/maintain meeting room equipment, such as A/V equipment, easels, etc.

Assistance with fax/copier/printer maintenance and maintaining maintenance and usage records

Troubleshoot technical and equipment problems associated with conference and meetings (LCD projectors and audio visual equipment)

General facilities maintenance, repairs and general troubleshooting

Control/issue office security system and building access cards

Conduct new hire orientation

Sort and deliver incoming/outgoing UPS, USPS mail and maintaining supplies

Monitor and refill postage meter and postage due account along with reconciliation of reports

Purchasing of general office and kitchen suplies, business cards and stationery. Reconciling monthly statements for purchases

Daily monitoring and restocking of kitchen supplies, soft dirnk machine and coffee supplies, staff stationery and supplies closet, paper at each printer/fax/copier location

Maintain master key system for office and furniture keys

Liaison with building management, printing/copier repair personnel and vending companies

Provide back-up support to other office Operations support team members including Senior Records Representative and Switchboard Relief

Maintain a current inventory of file drawer assignments, issuing drawers to new hires and assisting with removal of supplies when an employee leaves

Other duties as requiredQualifications:

Excellent verbal and wrtten communication, organization and administrative skills

Positive and professional with excellent customer service skills

Ability to work in a highly structured, team environment

Attention to detail and follow through

Ability to effectively interact with individuals at various levels and multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Self-starter and able to work effectively with minimal supervision as well as working collaboratively with internal/external customers and team members

Knowledge of business procedures and office equipment

High School Diploma (or equivalent)

Three years of full-time general office experience

Flexibility to work overtime, as needed.

Computer proficiency – basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word with the ability to type 30 words per minute

Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs., to relocate furniture, files, etc.
