Senior HR Recruiter

A family owned/operated insurance company in east Fort Worth is seeking a high-energy, experienced Recruiter to join their HR team. The nuts and bolts of the position involves the coordination of all recruiting efforts for the company including tracking, monitoring and reporting open positions; arranging and conducting interviews, administering pre-employment testing, completing background checks, and producing offer letters. The successful candidate will display a talent for making recommendations for process improvement and truly impacting the turn around time for vacant positions.

o Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field of study
o 3+ years professional recruiting experience
o Strong knowledge of employment law
o Ability to work with all levels of management
o Excellent analytical skills

o Proven creativity in recruiting techniques
