Full Job Title: Select Hotels Group - Administrative Assistant - Scottsdale Regional OfficeJob Description: This position supports the regional office of Select Hotels Group, located in Scottsdale. This person will manage the calendars, schedule meetings, travel and monitor email and incoming correspondence. The assistant will facilitate communications to the staff and gather information as needed. In addition, this assistant will answer all phone calls therefore proper phone etiquette and excellent communication skills are required. Ideal candidate will have 2+ solid years as an administrative assistant. Organizational skills, computer proficiency, and a can-do positive attitude are a must. College degree preferred.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications: Intermediate Word, Excel and PowerPoint are required, Lotus Notes is a plus College degree preferred Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills Ability and willingness to handle a fast-paced environment Positive, pro-active, team-oriented attitude Familiarity with Internet environments and web sites
