The Seasonal Direct Sales Customer Care Specialist is responsible for the processing and coordination of customer's orders while providing the highest level of support and customer service to Tiffany Clients at our Palo Alto location.

As a Seasonal Customer Care Specialist you will coordinate orders via the 1-800 line, the Internet, Fax, and ensure that all orders are accurately processed and Client's need by dates and events are met. You will also take complete ownership of all orders and work closely with various internal departments. This position utilizes consultative selling techniques, extensive customer service skills, while multi-tasking on various Tiffany system applications.

REQUIREMENTS
Candidates must have prior customer service and or contact center experience. The ideal candidate must be able to work independently, while providing prompt, attentive and effective service. Candidates must possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and have the ability to resolve problems by applying knowledge and creative thinking to ensure customer satisfaction. Some college is preferred, and a High School Diploma or GED is required. This position is Monday through Friday, with rotational weekends. Overtime is required during the holiday selling season. Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, a good working knowledge of the Internet, and familiarity and prior use of Customer Relationship Management systems is strongly recommended.
