Senior Seasonal Tax Preparation Professional

 

Bank of America offers a wide range of services to our Private Banking clients. One of those services is the preparation of tax returns.  Our clients rely on us for fast, accurate and efficient service.

If you have experience in the preparation of 1040 and 1099 tax returns for individuals of high net worth and are interested in working with one of the nation’s most admired companies, this could be a great way for you to spend the upcoming tax season.  These positions are expected to run through mid-April 2007.

The positions involve working directly with our internal staff at our Private Bank offices in a professional, dynamic environment.  Work schedules are regular and compensation is very competitive.

In order to be considered for this position, you must have extensive experience in preparation of complex tax returns (1099 and 1040) and knowledge of ProSystem, ProFX or other CCH tax software.  A degree in accounting and CPA certification is highly preferred.  

 

The processing of standard tax returns for the general public will not be considered adequate experience to qualify for these advanced positions.

 

 
REQUIREMENTS


REQUIRED:

Extensive 1040 and 1099 tax preparation experience in a high volume environment.

MS Office (Excel, Word)

Experience with ProSystem or ProFX or CCH tax software required. 

Strong communications skills. 

 

DESIRED:

Degree in accounting is preferred and CPA/accounting firm experience a plus.

1041 preparation experience helpful.
