Scholar - General & Administrative

In addition to offering the largest variety of uniform colors and styles in the industry, our Facility Services group helps our customers keep their businesses looking clean and professional with floor mats, restroom supplies, mops, and shop towels. Our floor mats, which can be customized with corporate logos, check dirt at the door while reducing slips, falls and housekeeping costs. We handle all of the details so our customers don't have to.





Cintas is currently looking for a Scholar - G & A to participate in a full-time summer or part-time during the school year internship, designed to provide a strong knowledge of our business, as well as the uniform and facility services industries overall. Scholar - G & A will spend the duration of their internship in one of the following key areas: Sales, Customer Service, Office, or Production. The goal is to expose the Scholar - G & A to a different area of our business each time he or she is able to work in an extended internship capacity. The Scholar - G & A program is a feeder program for Cintas' future Management Trainee candidates who are hired full-time into a two year training program before moving into other areas of key leadership within our corporation. The Scholar - G & A experience combines hands-on training with the opportunity to visit our Corporate headquarters and meet our Executive partners.


REQUIREMENTS


Other co-op or internship experience in a Customer Service, Sales, Production, or Administrative role, preferred


A business or otherwise related academic major, preferred


A leadership/management role in campus or related extracurricular activities, preferred


Availability to start within two weeks after offer made/accepted, preferred
