Growing Risk Management company, located on the West side of town, has an immediate position for a Scheduler/Planner Admin to be filled.
My client is basically looking for a strong Admin Assistant with excellent customer service skills as well as intermediate computer skills - MS Word & Excel. In this position, the chosen candidate will be dealing alot with the technical staff, scheduling audits & work orders on a daily basis. Incumbents must be able to work in a fast paced environment, have excellent communication skills and be extremely organized. Minimum of 2 years of experience is required as well as experience scheduling appointments or other related tasks.
This is a temp-to-hire position that needs to be filled immediately. Pay is to $13/hr depending on experience. REQUIREMENTS
