Sales and Marketing Assistant for leading PEO

As a Sales Admin working in new Waltham, MA office, you will play an integral part in helping our sales force move their prospects through the entire sales process and be expected to quickly learn every aspect of our business as you respond to inquiries from prospective customers and ensure that they are satisfied with the help they receive. You will be the main contact person for the East Coast team and be held responsible for processing RFPs, proposals, sales contracts and act as the liaison between the sales team, the operations and field services teams. Also included is the responsibility for fulfillment on direct marketing programs, campaign tracking, data entry and quality control for our sales group, via our Salesforce Automation tool, Salesforce.com.

REQUIREMENTS
Having world-class Outlook, Excel and Powerpoint skills, you will be valued as a team player when you pitch in and help make travel arrangements, schedule meetings, and occasional event planning. Meticulous attention to detail combined with prior PEO experience using a sales management tool such as Salesforce.com will allow you to enter and maintain the Web-based prospect records that are so important to our business. A degree in Business, Marketing, Accounting and/or Sales related course work will further qualify you with the academic background and breadth of experience needed to interact professionally with our management team and to provide optimal support across the whole sales operations spectrum.
