Sales Support and Account Manager

The Rockwell Institute is a respected and reputable real estate school located in Bellevue. Our live and online courses are some of the best in the industry, and our commitment to quality has helped us become the largest real estate education provider in Washington, with a growing presence in California. We are looking to add a sales and customer support position to our sales team. This person would be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our existing clients.
The position will involve:
Strengthing client relationships.Calling current clients to provide client maintenance.
Consulting with clients about their recruiting and training strategies.Setting up and providing orientations for new clients.Providing support for our California sales team.
Handling inbound calls and support requests from clients.
Representing Rockwell at industry tradeshows.
REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate will have the following attributes
1-2 years experience in outbound calling
Ability to work independently and multi-task.Enthusiasm, high energy and a strong work ethicCustomer support experience
Good written and oral communication skillsStrong problem solving skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office applications; knowledge of GoldMine or other CRM software a plus.
