Sales Support Representative-Beaver Valley Mall

Purpose:
JOB TITLE: Sales Support Representative
JOB DESCRIPTION
Provides prompt and courteous service to all customers and serves as a single point of contact for their
immediate and ongoing needs (i.e. equipment setup and other duties as assigned by management).
Assists in ordering accessories and handling some administrative functions. Responsible for providing
service and product information to customers. Answers inbound calls and assists sales representatives.
May make outbound calls to customers for various reasons including but not limited to follow up on
products and services purchased/sold, potential new products and services of interest for the customer.
May sell all products and services offered by the Company. Ability to process customer payments.
Processes paperwork and performs other duties as assigned by management.
GENERAL DUTIES
The essential functions listed below are representative of duties performed by this job title. Duties generally
include but are not limited to the following:
GENERAL ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS WHICH ARE NORMALLY REQUIRED:
1. Act as a liaison between customers and various company departments.
2. Recognize customer problems and resolve to customer satisfaction directly or transfer through to proper
department.
3. Develop and maintain knowledge of all services and equipment offered by the Company.
4. Assist with selling all products and services offered by the Company.
5. General duties as assigned by manager including but not limited to: order, ship, receive, organize and
merchandize inventory.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS WHICH MAY BE REQUIRED FOR A PARTICULAR JOB:
1. May travel to customer locations.
2. May be required to wear a uniform.
3. Assist customers in the sales process.
4. Distribute interoffice mail and faxes.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Handles and/or transports materials weighing up to a maximum of 25 pounds.
Must be able to stand for long periods of time while servicing customers.
