Sales Support Administrator

Johnstone Supply, A Cincinnati based HVAC/R distributor, is looking for an experienced sales support administrator to join our Sales team.

Our growing team needs to find a flexible, project-oriented person for detailed back-office tasks in support of our sales team. Projects will focus on creating, entering and maintaining sales-related data, assisting with marketing materials and events as well as typical office administrator duties.

REQUIREMENTS
Personal Characteristics:
•Proficient in standard business software including
Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

•Working knowledge of graphic design is a plus.

•Excellent interpersonal and communications skills,
strong listening skills with a positive, professional,
service-oriented attitude

•Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously,
work under pressure and deliver on tight deadlines

•Ability to adapt well to frequent change, delays, or
unexpected events

•Solid project management skills

•Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing or Business
preferred

•1-2 years in Sales Support or Marketing position.
Will consider a combination of education and work
experience
