Sales Secretary - 7 UP Distributor

Southeast-Atlantic Beverage, manufacturer and distributor of 7 UP, Canada Dry, A&W and other fine soft drinks and waters is accepting application for an experienced Sales Secretary to work at our South Atlanta Branch. Responsibilities include the soliciting of accounts on a scheduled basis, prospecting and scheduling appointments for new accounts in the trade, placement of new products and packages in existing accounts, receive customer calls and resolve their problems, advise sales management as to sales trends, customer concerns, competitive activity and opportunities within the trade. Perform daily administrative functions for the Sales Manager such as order and maintain company palm pilots, cell phones, pagers and uniforms, process accident reports and input orders into the AS 400 system.
Requires previous telephone selling and customer service skills, experience with MS Office (pre-employment assessment given), AS 400 experience a plus. Must pass written and drug tests.
