Sales Receptionist / Clerk

The Job
We are currently seeking a Sales Receptionist/Clerk to join our team in Florham Park, NJ. This opportunity offers hands-on experience assisting the sales team by professionally greeting Administaff guests, answering phones and performing a well-rounded variety of general clerical tasks. Additional support responsibilities include preparing sales materials, proposals and orientation packages as well as efficiently organizing client information.

Qualifications
•High School diploma or GED
•At least 1-2 years of work experience within an office environment
•Basic clerical skills
•Ability to analyze situations and take effective steps to resolve issues or provide improvements
•Mastery of MS Word and MS Excel
•Typing 40 WPM required
