Sales Order Support
job description Major Responsibilities: The Order Specialists primary duty is to assist sales team in the completion of a sale in a timely, accurate and cost effective manner by providing end-to-end consultative and technical support for sales account inquires. The core job duties include assisting sales representatives and end user customer with transactions and inquiries associated to a sale or new activation via inbound calls and electronic means. Typical transactions include performing activations, correcting price plans, making decisions regarding compensation/credit allocated to customer's account, troubleshooting technical issues with handsets or service providing guidance and assistant to sales teams to complete activations, auditing orders to ensure they comply with business rules, resolving problems for sales representatives or customer submitted by a sales representative.
job requirements Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma, or equivalent. One to three years related experience. Proficient with MS Windows. Previous experience with using multiple applications and/or web-based programs a plus. Strong problem solving skills. Customer focused and a strong communicator. Must be able to work any shift within our hours of operation (5AM - 11PM, Monday-Saturday and Sunday 7AM - 9PM) including evenings, weekends, holidays and overtime if needed. Fluent in Spanish is strongly desired.
