Sales Admin Assistant

Purpose:
Our client a well established Bellevue sales firm, representing national manufactures of commercial building products, seeks an Admin Assistant for Commercial Construction that will responsible for incoming calls, order entry, customer service, and inside sales support.

An ideal candidate will thrive in a fast paced small office environment, and is comfortable performing many different tasks.

Skills and Knowledge

- Excellent customer care attitude
- Clear, articulate verbal and written communication
- Well organized, able to multi task, and have the flexibility to change priorities
- Superior attention to detail, catching mistakes, and follow up
- Demonstrated ability to work as a team player and establish relationships with a variety of clients
- Excellent with numbers, percentages, and simple calculations
- Very fast learner, with technical savvy, who can retain a large amount of new information
- Problem solver, able to make initiative, and make calculated decisions
- Proficient computer and keyboard skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional

Requirements/Qualifications

- 2 years of business experience in customer service or administrative support
- College degree preferred
- Ability to answer 40 -60 calls per day
- Knowledge of commercial construction industry or ability to read drawings is a large plus
- Sound PC skills

Available position is a 120 day contract to hire that pays $12.50/hr. After the 120 conversion our client offers medical benefits, employer matching, paid holidays and vacation.
