We are a fast-paced growing car rental company looking for qualified candidates to operate our local market stores in the Prescott and Phoenix areas. We offer competitive salary and benefits including medical, dental, vision and 401k opportunities.
Responsibilities include:
Managing employees and instructing them on local market business and how to maintain current client base.
Forecast revenues and potential business in surrounding area.
Work with insurance companies, body shops and dealerships to set up rentals for their customers.
Emphasize customer service as a top priority to each team member while handling insurance claims and local business.
Make sure each team member is trained efficiently on system with each account associated with your branch. REQUIREMENTS


Must have prior management experience in either the automotive industry or operating a single branch office in any field.
Insurance replacement knowledge is preferred.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and must be computer literate for training on specific rental system.
Must have clean driving record.
