SALES SUPPORT REP B

Act as a liaison between company and the ISO's to identify, analyze and resolve inquiries on all aspects of the business. Train and support the sales efforts of ISO's and Sales Reps to achieve optimum sales, increase new account productivity, profits and goals while managing the day to day Merchant Application approval process.
Key Responsibilities:
Relationship Development with External Sales Associates.
Provide Training to External Partners on Application Submittal and the overall EVO Process Flow.
Manage Day to Day Incoming Calls and Requests.
Reconcile Merchant Residual Reports - Daily/Monthly.
Review Daily Reports and ISO Activity.
Prepare Daily Activity Reports.
Analyze and Resolve - ISO/Merchant Complaints.

REQUIREMENTS
