This position is responsible for Plan Administration with Defined Contribution Retirement Plans, with an additional opening for a Defined Benefit plan administrator. The position will administer 401k, profit sharing, and money purchase pension plans. You will do recordkeeping, compliance testing, and 5500 government form filing for these plans. Any experience dealing with the plans sponsor would be helpful. This company is hiring two different people, one with Defined Contribution and one with Defined Benefit experience.

I work as a recruiter with close to 10 years of experience in the retirement industry. Because of my specializing in the retirement industry, I am not equiped to help those people who do not have experience in the retirement/pension industry and typically on the provider side.
REQUIREMENTS
3+ years of recordkeeping, compliance testing, or 5500 form filings for defined contribution pension plans. Any solid experience with qualified retirement or nonqualified retirement plans will be considered.
