Retail Stores- Sales Support Representative

Purpose:
WAGE RATE: $17,992 - $27,196 for a Full-time position

JOB DESCRIPTION
Provides efficient service to customers, assists in ordering accessories and handling some administrative functions. Responsible for providing service and product information to customers. Answers inbound calls and assists sales representatives. May sell wireless services, corresponding products and enhanced services. Ability to process customer payments. Processes paperwork and performs other duties as assigned by management.

GENERAL DUTIES

The essential functions listed below are representative of duties performed by this job title. Duties generally include but are not limited to the following:

GENERAL ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS WHICH ARE NORMALLY REQUIRED:

1. Act as a liaison between customers and various company departments.
2. Recognize customer problems and resolve to customer satisfaction directly or transfer through to proper department.
3. Develop and maintain knowledge of wireless services and equipment. Assist with the cross-selling of all additional wireless features and accessories.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS WHICH MAY BE REQUIRED FOR A PARTICULAR JOB:

1. Travel to on-site customer locations to support outside sales representative.
2. Assist customers in the sales process at retail locations.
3. Distribute interoffice mail and faxes.
4. Handles and/or transports materials weighing up to a maximum of 25 pounds.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Specific job assignments may require day, evening, and weekend or holiday tours. Occasional overtime may be required.
Must maintain a valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record.
High School education or equivalent
Minimum 1 year experience in a sales organization.
Computer efficiency in Microsoft or similar products (Excel and Word).
