PURPOSE OF POSITION Responsible for the design, development, generation and maintenance of the reporting environment required supporting department operations. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (Include in order of importance) Works with department management to carry out the design, development, generation and maintenance of various reports and supporting documentation to support all departmental functions; performs necessary analysis for report development, validation and troubleshooting as necessary. Generate weekly reports related inventory and aging of production volume. Verify data derived from Facets, MSL and the Imaging and Workflow System and compile results through different reporting tools such as Cognos and Crystal. Generate weekly detail reports related to specific state cycle times, Facets processing entry errors, out of compliance reports for delegated processing and other various exception reports. Distribute to department Management for review. Works with appropriate contacts in IST to review Facets data extracts and obtain access to Imaging and Workflow system schema as needed. Review SQL queries for accuracy within the Imaging and Workflow system.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications: 2+ years of PDM/Cred Operations experience Experience with reporting design/development and troubleshooting Knowledge/Familiar with: Sybase Visual Basic Cognos Reports Crystal Reports Actuate SQL Proficiency with Facets, MSL, Imaging and workflow system and all Microsoft Office applications Good communication and interpersonal skills Desired: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience PHCS offers a competitive salary and excellent benefits which include major medical, dental, 401(k), tuition reimbursement and a generous paid time off plan.
